Rotary Leadership Institute
Rotary Learning and Information (RLI)
RLI was created to help Rotarians develop and understand the depth and breadth of Rotary, Originally RLI was conducted as 3 * 6 hour modules, the workshop has morphed into a full weekend session designed to help new Rotarians understand Rotary and to allow other Rotarians an opportunity to interact and expand their knowledge and share their experiences of Rotary.
Who will benefit from RLI? The RLI programme is suitable for all Rotarians - new and longer standing, as well as club and district office holders. D9930 Rotary Clubs are encouraged to ensure at least two club members, plus the President Elect, attend the RLI programme annually to strengthen club knowledge and increase understanding of Rotary beyond the club. Attending training as a group strengthens the club further and created conversations and ideas for moving forward.
Key topics in RLI include - Leadership, Service and Membership. Over the weekend participants will participate in the following sessions
