District Governor
Nick Dangerfield (Tauranga Te Papa)
District Governor 2024-25
Nick joined Rotary in 2006 at the Rotary Club of Port Nicolson in Wellington. After moving to Tauranga in 2013, he joined Tauranga Te Papa Rotary, where he has served as president and secretary. He was also the leader the 9930 Training team and presently leading the development and delivery for the new community leaders role for the Regionalisation programme.
Nick has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors.
With over 30 years experience in senior management, Nick now focuses on the delivery of training in the areas of governance, professional ethics and financial management.
